Chocolate Pecan Pretzel Bites

These are soo incredibly addicting! Who can say no to the salty, sweet, gooey, crunchy, and nutty combo? They make great party food, movie munchies, or gifts.


1 bag square pretzels
8 packages of Rolos
6 oz. of pecan halves


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the pretzels evenly without crowding them too much. Do not use broken pretzel pieces. Place a single Rolo candy on top of each pretzel. 

Place them in the oven and cook for about 5 minutes, until the Rolo's look slightly glossy. Remove from the oven and immediately place one pecan half on top of the Rolo, gently pushing it down into the chocolate. Wait until they cool completely and the chocolate hardens before serving or packaging. To speed up the cooling process you can put them in the fridge or freezer.
